The journey of 'Crust & Garnish Haven started with one ambitious goal: to offer the people of London an authentic taste of Neapolitan pizza. The Bianchi family opened this culinary gem in 1985, where centuries-old recipes passed down family lines became the cornerstone of our kitchen.
At the helm of our creation, Marco Bianchi, our originator, honed her pizza-crafting skills by training with Neapolitan pizza virtuosos in Naples, the legendary home of pizza. On her return to the UK, her resolve to deliver the authentic experience of Italian pizza sparked our pizzeria's inception, founded on age-old practices and the purest ingredients.
Our humble beginnings as a cozy 12-seat pizzeria have blossomed into a treasured community fixture, though our dedication to authenticity and superior quality has stood the test of time. Our day-to-day involves timeless wood-fired ovens, freshly prepared dough, and the best produce we can lay our hands on.
